Band/Performer/Event Neil Young

Neil Percival Young was born in 1945 in Toronto, Canada and is a Canadian/American singer-songwriter whose career began in Winnipeg in the 1960s before he moved to Los Angeles, forming the folk rock group Buffalo Springfield. He had a successful solo career, often backed by the band Crazy Horse and was also a part-time member of the supergroup Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young, with whom he recorded the chart-topping 1970 album Déjà Vu.
