The Royal Ballet Sinfonia is the orchestra of Birmingham Royal Ballet and in addition to playing for Birmingham Royal Ballet, the Sinfonia plays regularly for The Royal Ballet and has a long tradition of playing for tours by the world’s leading ballet companies.

Ex Cathedra was founded in Birmingham in 1969 and is a leading British choir and early music ensemble. It comprises a chamber choir of about 40 singers, a specialist vocal Consort made up of ten professional singers who feature regularly as soloists, and a Baroque ensemble/orchestra
