Memories of shows seen at Birmingham Town Hall from 1962 to 2025

Graham and Liz Jinks contributed to the Amplify Town Hall project in August 2025. In this clip Graham recalls seeing various acts from 1962 today including Chuck Berry, Screaming Lord Sutch, Kate Rusby, Tom Paxton and Jerry Lee Lewis, who stood on the Town Hall’s piano during his performance! Graham also recounts seeing the Scottish band The Corries perform on the Sunday after the Birmingham pub bombings of 21 November 1974.
