Amon Düül II were a German rock band formed in 1968 in Muich. They are considered to be one of the main pioneers of Kraut Rock known as kosmische Musik, German for "cosmic music" it is a broad genre of experimental rock and that developed in West Germany in the late 1960s and early 1970s.
