Venue Library Theatre, Paradise Square Birmingham (1983-2013)

The Library Theatre was part of the now demolished Central Library in Paradise Square designed by John Madin and opened in 1974. The library and the Theatre both closed in 2013 and were replaced by the new Library of Birmingham in Centenary Square. The Library Theatre was a later addition to the building and suffered from poor design and build method.
